Italian Waffles

I saw this and had to try it. :) Although to be honest I didn't do a very good job making it. I had a hard time getting the dough thin enough. But I did like it. And what is even better is my kids thought it was so cool to have "pizza waffles." I think it is really kid friendly and if you are looking for a way to shake things up this could be fun.
